Pure proofreading
Can’t tell the difference between they’re, their and there? That’s where I come in.
I make sure that all your commas are in their proper places and that all of your grammar is perfect. The result will be a piece with perfect spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
However, as a proofreader I will not edit your work for clarity of expression.
If you have a cover letter or other important document that needs to be grammatically perfect, this might be a good choice for you.
Copyediting
A good choice for students and researchers, copyediting involves proofreading your work as well as helping you ensure internal consistency with your style guide. This could be MLA, APA, or your own in-house style guide.
I will make sure that all your dates and references are handled in a consistent manner. I will also help you with fact-checking, and will let you know if you need any further citations.
This might be a good option for students, researchers, academics, and publishers. Also a good choice for technical writers.
Content editing / Flow editing
This is full-service editing.
As a content editor, I will tidy up your spelling, grammar, punctuation, style, and expression, helping you to make your work the best that it can be. I will cut sections, rewrite occasional sentences, rearrange paragraphs, and generally do whatever it takes to make your work clear, fluent, and concise.
This is the choice for anyone who really cares about making their writing sound good.

Complete rewriting
If English isn’t your first language and there are problems with almost every sentence, you might need a complete rewrite.
In this scenario, I take what you have and rewrite it for you entirely, producing work that is fluent, polished, elegant, and tailored to your audience.
Copywriting
Don’t have the time or energy to do any writing yourself? I don’t blame you. Writing is hard, especially if you have to do a lot of it at once.
But if you’re running a small business, some sort of writing is inevitable. And this is where I can help you.
If you need someone to write your publicity bio, or the copy for a brochure, or a marketing email for your list, or web copy for your product pages, let me know.

Thought leadership articles
Article writing can be exhausting. I’m here to make it easier.
This is how I approach article writing: I will interview you (the subject matter expert) either via Skype or in person, and make an audio recording of your thoughts and words. I will then condense that recording into a fluent, authoritative, and engaging post for you, in keeping with your own writing style.
Audio transcription
If you’re a researcher or a consultant, you know the value of recorded interviews. But you also know that transcribing those interviews can be a slow and tedious process.
Fortunately, I can transcribe your interviews for you so that you won’t have to do it yourself. Simply send me a sample of the recording, and let me know whether you want it transcribed verbatim or if you would like me to clean it up a little as well.
